Top 5 Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps on Android in Panama, Q2 2025

The second quarter of 2025 saw interesting developments in the carpooling and ridesharing app market in Panama. According to Sensor Tower data, several apps showed notable performance trends on the Android platform.

inDrive. Rides with fair fares experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting at around 6.4K and peaking at approximately 6.8K mid-April, before settling at 5K by the end of June. The app maintained a robust user base with weekly active users hovering between 54K and 58K.

Uber - Request a ride showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, reaching 2.3K by the end of the quarter. Active users also grew steadily, ranging from 31K to 34K, indicating a stable engagement among users.

BipBip Rides faced a decline in weekly downloads, dropping from 2.8K at the start of April to just 55 by the end of June. Despite this, the app managed to maintain a steady level of active users, ending the quarter with approximately 15K.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver saw a modest increase in downloads, reaching 734 by late June. Active users demonstrated a slight upward trend, closing the quarter at about 4.2K.

Tylo, a newer entrant, showed promising growth in downloads, starting at 1K in early June and climbing to over 4K by the end of the month.
